All features have been specifically designed for seniors to
ensure day to day living is easy and carefree.

Following is a list of everything to expect in your new unit –

• Furniture
  Single bed with bedside table and reading lamp, dining table, upholstered dining chairs and lounge chairs. All table and chairs are designed for extra stability
• Electrical/Whitegoods
  Television, bar refrigerator, microwave oven, jug and toaster are provided
• Linen
  All linen is supplied and cleaned weekly
• Window Furnishings
  Vertical blinds are provided for privacy and designed to let in the light
• Ramps
  Ramps are provided to ensure easy wheelchair and walking frame access to all units
• Doors
  Enlarged doorways are provided for easy wheelchair and walking frame access
• Tiles
  All tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are designed to be non-slip surfaces
• Shower
  A shower curtain is provided instead of glass to enhance safety. Grab rails are provided and the shower base is not raised so there is no step to get into the shower
• Emergency button (optional)
  The emergency button provides residents with 24 hour contact to emergency services. There is an additional cost for this service
• Security
  Security screens are fitted to all doors and windows to allow air flow while providing security
• Washing machine
  A space is provided in each unit if residents wish to supply their own washing machine. Alternatively, there are communal laundry facilities available FREE of charge
